Mobile
The Axosoft application can be accessed from compatible devices under a mobile-friendly view. From mobile, users can view, add, and edit items. Items can also be progressed through the workflow.
Accessing Mobile
For hosted accounts, simply navigate to your .axosoft.com
site using a mobile device or add /mobile
to your URL.
Filtering items on Mobile
To apply a filter first tap the Filter button, then choose a filter and tap to select.
Tap Apply Filter to save.
Editing items on Mobile
To edit an item via mobile device, first click on the gear in the right column.
When using a tablet like an iPad you will have a split view.
Next, tap the Edit button.
Choose the fields you would like to edit. For example, for the workflow step, drag down to cycle through options.
Scroll to the bottom and tap the Save button to complete your edits.
Adding attachments on Mobile
To add an attachment, tap your item to select it, then tap the gear and choose Attachments. Tap the Add button.
Tap the Choose File button and navigate to the file you would like to attach.
Once the file has uploaded, tap the Submit button to save the attachment.
Tap the OK button when the success alert appears.
Sending emails on Mobile
To send an email, tap to select your item, then tap the gear and choose Emails. Enter a From: address, a To: address, your message body and tap the send button.
Adding work logs on Mobile
To enter a work log, tap an item, then tap Work Logs and tap Add.
Enter the work you have completed and choose the time unit type. (min, hrs, days, wks, points)
Scroll to the bottom and tap Save.
Once you have saved, you can see all the worklogs that have been entered in case you need to make any corrections.
Adding comments on Mobile
To add a comment, tap to select and item and then tap Comments. Enter your comment in the the Comment: field and tap save.
You will be able to see your new comment and the other comments for the item.
When in View Item mode on mobile, these actions can be accessed by tapping the More button at the bottom of the screen.
