About Portal

The customer portal is a separate Axosoft website designed for simple ticketing. Portal users are generally non-Axosoft users who need to do at least one of the following:

  • Submit a ticket, feature request, or defect
  • View or edit any items they have submitted
  • Review or edit items they have been granted permission to view

The portal includes an unlimited number of portal users and Axosoft administrators have the ability to restrict these portal users' permissions.
